Home Truths

• Please note, Bedrooms 5 and 6 feature two bunk beds each where bed sizes are King (lower) and Queen (upper).

• Please note, a security deposit equivalent to one night’s rental rate will be collected prior to arrival and refunded after departure, pending an inspection of the property.

• Please note there is a Club Punta Mita Access Fee, which is in effect as of January 6, 2026. A flat, per-person fee per stay will apply for stays of up to 30 days. The fee must be paid prior to arrival, as it is required for the issuance of access cards. Please inquire with a Destination Specialist for further details before booking.

• Please note the following 2026 Beach Club and Golf course closure dates in Punta Mita due to maintenance program. Sufi Ocean Club June 10-19, August 31 - September 10, Pacifico Beach Club May 11-22, September 28 - October 11, Kupuri Beach Club May 25 - June 5, September 14-27, El Surf Club August 17-28, Pacifico Golf course June 1-12, August 17-28, October 5-9. Bahia Golf course May 4-15, July 6-17, September 14-25. Please be advised these are provided by the Beach Clubs and Golf Shop themselves and are subject to change.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

A security deposit will be held for the duration of your booking and will be released once we have confirmed that no damage was caused during your stay. The deposit amount will be confirmed by a Destination Specialist.
